All deliveries require a signature and must be received in person at the specified delivery address. If no one is available at the time of delivery, our delivery partner will attempt delivery again on at least one further occasion.

If delivery is still unsuccessful, the product may be available for collection from a local depot or collection point, as specified in the delivery note left at your address.

If a delivery fails due to reasons within your control, such as an incorrect address, inaccessible location, or unavailability to receive the order, re-delivery fees may apply.
