Frequently asked questions
What actually is NAD+?
NAD+ is a crucial coenzyme present in all cells of the body, where it supports
essential cellular activities, energy generation, and general well-being. As we grow older, the body’s NAD+ levels naturally decrease, which can lead to diminished
cellular performance and age-related challenges. Recently, NAD+ injections have
become increasingly popular for their possible health advantages, such as slowing
the aging process, improving mental clarity, and aiding in addiction treatment.
As interest in NAD+ therapy continues to rise, it's important to understand the
appropriate daily dosage and frequency to maximize benefits and reduce the risk of
side effects. This blog will explore the key factors that affect the ideal daily NAD+
injection dosage and help guide you in finding the right amount based on your
individual needs.
NAD+ is sold in the UK for research purposes only as it is not yet regulated by the
FDA or NHS but is being used extensively globally by thousands of people who just
like you source their own supply for research purposes.
What is inside my NAD+ vial
Your NAD⁺ vial contains pure, pharmaceutical-grade Nicotinamide Adenine
Dinucleotide (NAD⁺) in lyophilised (freeze-dried) powder form. This ensures
maximum stability and potency until it’s reconstituted with bacteriostatic water. There
are no additives, fillers, or preservatives. Just 100% pure NAD⁺ (Laboratory certified
99.41% pure verified and tested as shown in the documents section)
What makes your NAD+ better than the rest?
Unlike many brands selling low-quality precursors or pre-mixed solutions that
degrade quickly, our NAD⁺ comes in powder form and is reconstituted by you. This
helps maintain maximum purity, stability, and effectiveness which can gives you
peace of mind that you are in total control of your NaD+ product as you have
reconstituted it yourself. Please watch our videos in the resources section and if you
have any questions or concerns, we are here 24/7 to ensure you get most benefits
from your Nad+ purchase.
Does NAD+ need to be injected?
To be very clear, yes it does. To experience meaningful, bioavailable results, NAD⁺ must be injected. Oral capsules and supplements claiming to “boost NAD⁺” often contain precursors like NR or NMN, but these rely on multiple metabolic conversions
in the body and their effectiveness is highly variable.
Are NAD⁺ injections safe?
This is one of the most common questions we get asked; and it’s completely reasonable to ask. Anytime you’re injecting something into your body, it is important
to first understand it!
But to answer simply, if you're buying NAD⁺ from us, yes, it is! Our NAD⁺ is 99.41% pure, pharmaceutical grade, and tested and certified in UK labs, so you can trust what you’re putting into your body.
We only use ingredients that meet strict UK regulatory standards, unlike many brands online that offer unverified
or imported NAD⁺ with questionable purity.
When used correctly, NAD⁺ injections are very well-tolerated and widely used in
wellness clinics, sports recovery centres, and longevity protocols around the world.
Our kits are produced to pharmaceutical-grade standards and come with everything
you need for safe, hygienic use.
What dosage of NAD+ is right for me?
NAD Injection Dosages:
NAD therapies should be approached thoughtfully, as definitive clinical data on ideal
dosing remains limited. However, current common practices include the following general protocols:
Many clinics offer NAD injections in amounts typically between 50mg and 200mg per shot. These treatments are often given as part of a series over several days or weeks, like B12 injection schedules. However, protocols can vary between clinics,
and there is currently no standardised injection schedule confirmed by comprehensive clinical studies.
Keep in mind that although these treatments are commonly available at wellness clinics, more in-depth research is still needed to fully understand their effects on intracellular NAD levels and their long-term benefits.
How long will it take before I feel the benefits / see results?
Some of our NAD⁺ users report feeling the effects immediately after their first
injection, including a boost in energy, focus, mental clarity, and even improved sleep
that same night. For others, benefits build gradually over 1 to 4 weeks of consistent
use as cellular repair, metabolic function, and neurotransmitter balance improve over
time. Everyone responds differently, but most users notice a clear shift within the first
few sessions. Some of our NAD⁺ users report feeling the effects immediately after their first

How often should I use NAD+ AT HOME?
Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.
Can I take NAD+ whilst I’m pregnant?
Due to limited scientific data, the safety of NAD supplementation during pregnancy
or while breastfeeding remains unclear. Individuals in these life stages should speak
with a healthcare provider before starting NAD therapy.
Where should I store my NAD once it has been opened?
Recent findings indicate that reconstituted NAD⁺ is best kept at room temperature rather than in the refrigerator, as cooler temperatures may sometimes speed up its breakdown.
To preserve its stability, store the mixed solution in a cool, dark place away from direct sunlight, heat, or moisture. Always ensure the vial is tightly sealed and used within 30 days of preparation. If you notice any discoloration, cloudiness, or particles
in the solution, it should be discarded immediately.
Can I inject NAD+ at home on my own?
Yes, our kits are designed for safe, subcutaneous self-injection. Each kit comes with step-by-step instructions and everything you need. That said, if you’re unsure or uncomfortable, speak to a healthcare professional or contact us directly for guidance.
What should I do if I see air bubbles in my needle?
Small air bubbles can form during mixing, this is normal and not harmful to the solution itself.
Important: You should always avoid injecting air bubbles. If you notice air in the syringe, hold it upright, gently tap to move bubbles to the top, and slowly push the air out before injecting. Injecting air can be dangerous if done incorrectly. Always follow proper protocol.
